Well I'm back on track with trainings I guess. the recovery plan for legs is coming along fine, can feel the pain subsiding slowly.

Tomorrow is the first day of open house. Ahhh, piano ensemble is performing again. Not sure what to play...

1. Theme from super mario:
This piece is damn fun to play, there's so many variations in beats and melodies that I can't believe this originated on the snes. However, just learnt this thinglast friday and my damned clarinova key is stuck right where the melody has to be played so this hampers my conceptual model of this piece.

2. Chocobo "HYPER REU REMIX?!OMG?!1":
Another fun one. But very short and not much substance. Then again, chocobo is chocobo, almost everyon knows chocobo so it will be a starting piece.

3. Melodies of life:
Nice but, omg again? Will use this as a last resort.

4. Themes from the upcoming musical:
Very nice, but not very impressive technique-wise. The movements will probably reach the more emotionally inclined though.

5. Medley from princess mononoke:
It just rocks when you play a piece you haven't played in so long, and it sounds just so damned nice, so much so that I even broke a sweat playing it just now. I'm quite proud of this arrangement too, because its quite impressive in terms of technique too. Will most probably play this then, MONONOKE IS BACK YES!!!

So tomorrow and friday's line up is:
Optional starter: Chocobo/30% chance will play mario
Filler piece: Themes from musical/30% chance will play melodies of life
Ending Piece: Medley from princess mononke

Will have to see the mood tomorrow then.
