Just finished my midnight 5k run haha.
Thought I'd be insane and try the 4-4 breathing rythm instead of my usual 3-3.
Didn't expect much, but suprisingly ir worked, and at that speed too.
At first felt a little short of breath, but once my heart caught the rythm of the oxygen flow, it got a little better.
Of course I would never have been able to maintain it if not for Keith and Andy's advice and Josh's coaching. Hahaha. Kelward's flutter step + my zero splash step + Josh's low lift stride + diaphragm breathing = 4 steps in, then 4 steps out with ease!
Hahaha it was really damn fun loh. Shit, I'm really starting to enjoy running now.
Today was the last day of the dragonboating instructor job. Was really fun teaching those ITE students how to row a dragonboat.
Its really interesting to see how different groups function so differently as a team. Really solidifies my thoughts that one formula that works very well for one team, may not work for another team.
And..... will be going to nyp for training tomorrow!
