Yesterday's unnofficial training was pretty fun. Ben was there again, saw him doing circuits when I arrived. Ran 1.6k with Stephen, then did 1.2k Gerschler Fartlek variations. Then hit the weights.

After much discussion with Stephen, we kicked out some exercises from our last shoulder routine and put in shrugs at the end. Yesterday's focal muscle group - shoulder + treps.

Not too bad aches today, but can still feel the effects.

During the second half of the wts, the canoiests came down from the track to do wts. Managed to ask Xue Li about sat's training, and in turn got Samantha's number to call after training.

Glugged down a pack of nutrisoy after training and called Samantha in the bus. No reply. Later I got a sms saying asking who I was and saying that her handphone has low batt.

We got busy smssing and I'm to go down for their land training today for some trial I think. Shouldn't be a problem... and Sat's sea training should be fine... I think. Patrick hasn't gone through H and T rescues yet, so if I cap I may have to tow all the way back >_<

Sam said that she'll be teaching me some rowing techniques today. Cool. I wonder if all the canoeists in school use the same sort of stroke or something. I mean... sure, for t2 or doubles you two have to coordinate, but what if you want to experiment with some new strokes? The strokes which I saw them do for drills are pretty different from the stroke that I'm sort of doing from one of the JCs. I wonder.... well, I'll just find out today I guess.

Couldn't sleep again last night, I tossed and turned in bed for about 1 hour again, too excited about today's training with the canoeists. Wondering what they do, how different it is from dragon boat, etc. Then wondering about training days... how am I going to balance studies with both dragon boat training and canoeing training once project terms starts - along with Piano Ensem's concerts ... I should be able to cope with attachment now.

Oh yeah, Samantha is interested in joining the Piano Ensemble, and she's like a grade 8'er, Woo. Another all rounder?

Next Semester I'll be taking= Piano Ensemble + Dragon boat + Canoieng >_< Woo... we shall see how powerful my time management can be.
