Was going to go running by myself after "work", but Stephen called, so we met up and headed to my place to get my stuff. Had a very good training today, used a new secret breathing technique! Did 1.6km warmup at accelerated pace, final round going at 1:32 minutes. Then did 1.2km 100m gerschluer fartlek variations. 120 crunches, 80 side crunches. Then finished off with another 1.2km at easy pace.
Must thank my bro for the good training with me today, power to the brotherhood!
Today's total is 4km, 200 crunches. Not bad, but must push harder.
