Was good to see them today.
Uhh... the girls team like... completely change sia... so many new girls... but only one senior hahaha.
Run was good, Indian drills are fun. The new technique is very relaxing and enjoyable haha... and I realized that at dashing speed there's no landing or kick-off sound whatsoever.
Intended to do 6 sets of 17 pullups today.... ended up doing 17 17 17 15 15 15 hahaha Shit!
Pool rowing was fun. I hate to say it but my stroke has changed alot... shit la... but for the better, so yay.
Managed to do some calf raises and inclined diamond pushups in-between sets, then ran to the gym to do front raise and side raises after pool rowing.
Very glad to see Louis doing very well leading the team now. Haha, still remember Bugger's concerns about him.
But I was right la :p
"When he talks, even if briefly, they will listen."
That one, on the other hand, is feeling the blow to his stamina, due to the strength training weights regime. Hence, his morale is low.
But in time, he'll realize this and see how far he's come, then things should be better.
About 65 days left.
Still unsure about the march canoeing race.
Stroke is so much better now, but my drive is quite jialat.
Meeting sensei this sat morning. Hopefully things will sort out then.

Just finished my midnight 5k run haha.
Thought I'd be insane and try the 4-4 breathing rythm instead of my usual 3-3.
Didn't expect much, but suprisingly ir worked, and at that speed too.
At first felt a little short of breath, but once my heart caught the rythm of the oxygen flow, it got a little better.
Of course I would never have been able to maintain it if not for Keith and Andy's advice and Josh's coaching. Hahaha. Kelward's flutter step + my zero splash step + Josh's low lift stride + diaphragm breathing = 4 steps in, then 4 steps out with ease!
Hahaha it was really damn fun loh. Shit, I'm really starting to enjoy running now.
Today was the last day of the dragonboating instructor job. Was really fun teaching those ITE students how to row a dragonboat.
Its really interesting to see how different groups function so differently as a team. Really solidifies my thoughts that one formula that works very well for one team, may not work for another team.
And..... will be going to nyp for training tomorrow!

Feel damn bad for not going to Terrance ah ma's funeral wake with the rest of the Nteam. I just... really dun like funerals... and I know the rest of the guys will shower him with enough support.
Thinking back about the S&S... I really didn't expect everyone else to like... not wear socks lah. And the reason why I still wore it is because, through the past few races, one thing I've learnt is never do something in a race that you've never practiced before - as far as humanly possible. And I've never run without socks loh. Too many things cocked up in the past because I didn't stick to plan or failed to plan.
Did a 500m set in Jaguar just now...
The timing was just depressing loh. wtf.
Then training. Learnt how to dance and row at the same time.... XD
Forgot to bring extra shirt.... didn't have anything to change into after training. Thankfully Josh was so kind as to lend me his extra singlet.... (which reaks of his cologne haha) really a life saver, or else I'd have to wear that smelly wet singlet I used to row in.
Then met some of teamnyp at amk s11 for dinner.
Still scheming for thursday... hehe

Yesterday after training, I thought the bugger abit pissed at me when I said hi and he didn't reply.
Felt relieved when we started chatting on the way to gm haha.
Then today bugger msged me in the morning to meet up together to go for the surf and sweat. Which was damn fun haha. We went to watch the other events, trying to plan and strategize. Also laughed at the "sinking titanic" maneuvars which some people executed on their surf boards by lying too far towards the front of it until the tip starts dipping into the water.
The surf part was... a little cold... at first bugger and some ang moh took a huge lead, then bugger overtook ang moh, then slowly caught up, but we ended up intercepting the detour which went ahead of us and I got sandwiched between bugger and some random guy.
So I let bugger go first.... but still caught up at the end.
Anyway... I dunno how people run without their socks. Running with socks is like so comfy loh....
Dragon trail was damn funny.
I accidentally rammed into a peacock which was trying to cross the road on my way down a hill... sending it spinning behind me. It was damn comical loh... was abit afraid it would run after me and retaliate. But seriously, how could it have not seen a large human heading towards a collision course to it? Stupid bird.... serve it right :p
Ended up 27 seconds behind bugger.
Which isn't too bad.... but erm... he stopped to tie his shoelaces twice. Well I had to put on my socks too haha
Ok damn tired liao.
